India Mobile Services Usage and Satisfaction Study 2011
This CMR India syndicated report aims to provide an assessment of the usage of mobile services and measure satisfaction levels of subscribers with respect to different attributes like Presales, Customer Care, Billing, Network Quality and value added services (VAS).
Key Trends in the India Mobile Services Industry: The India mobile services industry is considered to be a developing market even at a stage when average mobile teledensity across the country has crossed 50% and in cities like Delhi and Chennai it is 100% or even more. Drastic tariff reductions, innovative bundling offers and high-speed data services, amongst others, have ensured that the bandwagon of "going mobile" is joined by one and all.
